Aleesha Young established herself as the top female professional bodybuilder during the second half of 2010s. The year 1984 was the year that Aleesha was born into an athlete's family. Her father took part in bodybuilding as did her siblings and brothers. were involved in sports such as hockey. Aleesha has been involved in a variety of sports like basketball, soccer and softball. Aleesha was able to earn her professional certification through taking home her first NPC USA Championships 2014. Her first competition was in 2008. In 2014, she participated in the IFBB Wings of Strength PBW Tampa Pro. Then she fought to secure an 8th place finish in the 2015. Aleesha finished 6th both in 2015 and 2016 in 2016 at the IFBB Wings Of Strength Rising Phoenix World Championships. Aleesha is steady improvement since she won her first professional contest in the Chicago Pro Championships 2019 after winning her first Chicago Pro Championships. Her most impressive WOS performance came in 2020. Her finish was in fourth place. The "World's most powerful mother" took a break from bodybuilding for health reasons.
